Nitin Gadkari visited IGNCA’s exhibition ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’
New Delhi: Nitin Gadkari, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister, graced the solo painting exhibition titled ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ by the renowned artist Manali Bonde. This captivating exhibition was hosted by Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA). Alongside Shri Nitin Gadkari, Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi, Member Secretary of IGNCA honoured the occasion with his presence. Prof. Richa Kamboj, HoD, Kaladarsana and talented painter Manali Bonde herself was also among those in attendance, making the event an enriching experience for all.
Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari expressed his admiration for painter Manali Bonde’s outstanding exhibition, which beautifully celebrates the ancient Indian philosophy of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’. Notably, Bonde’s artwork showcases the landscapes and cultures of various nations such as Italy, Israel, Cambodia, among others, offering a vibrant canvas of global diversity. Timed to coincide with International Women’s Day week, this exhibition serves as a poignant tribute to cultural pluralism. Shri Gadkari lauded both the artists and organizers for their dedication in ensuring the success of this exceptional showcase. Emphasizing the significance of cultural exchange for fostering global harmony and unity, he emphasized the importance of understanding and appreciating diverse traditions. Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi, Member Secretary of IGNCA, reaffirmed the institute’s commitment to fostering cultural dialogue.
