PetrSU held a regional scientific and practical seminar on the topic “Development of endurance in the European North”

The Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of PetrSU held a regional scientific and practical seminar on the topic “Development of endurance in the European North”.
Within the framework of the seminar, problems were raised and possible options for solving the problems of maintaining and developing various types of endurance in physical culture lessons in the conditions of the European North were discussed.

The seminar considered both traditional approaches and proposed innovative solutions for the development of endurance in students and schoolchildren of the region. Workshops on group and individual lessons were held, recommendations were given on the use of non-standard approaches to the development of endurance.

More than 40 students from our region, coaches and teachers of sports schools took part in the seminar. The use of the Zoom platform made it possible for teachers of Sheltozersk, Ryboretsk and Kemsk secondary schools to participate in the event, as well as teachers of schools in the city of Petrozavodsk.
