PetrSU Open Table Tennis Championship

The PetrSU Center for Adaptive Physical Culture hosted the PetrSU Open Table Tennis Championship for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
The competition was attended by 12 people. The organizers of the event are the Center for Adaptive Physical Culture of PetrSU, the sports club of PetrSU and the Federation of Sports for the Blind of the Republic of Karelia.

Winners:

1st place – Stepan Dyakonov;
2nd place – Oleg Orlov;
3rd place – Denis Ivankin.
The students of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of the direction of training “Physical culture for persons with disabilities” rendered assistance in holding the competitions.

The table tennis section for the blind and visually impaired is open throughout the 2020/21 academic year. of the year. The work of the section is headed by Anna Lukina, a first-year student of the direction of training “Physical culture for persons with disabilities”.
