PetrSU scientists at the annual All-Russian Historical Readings “Gorokhovaya, 2”
Scientists of the Department of Russian History of the Institute of History, Political and Social Sciences took part in the 18th annual All-Russian Historical Readings “Gorokhovaya, 2”, held on April 22-23, 2021 in St. Petersburg at the State Museum of Political History of Russia.
The readings were organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the State Museum of Political History of Russia.
The work of the conference was dedicated to the tragic anniversary of the 80th anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War and the study of the history of the USSR state security agencies in the first period of the war.
During the conference, scientific reports on the research results of famous historians, forensic scientists, archival and museum workers, active employees and veterans of special services from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Orel, Samara, Sochi and Petrozavodsk were presented for discussion. In particular, the attention of the professional community was offered a report by Oksana Yurievna Repukhova, Ph.D. The report was highly appreciated by the conference participants, who noted the exclusivity of the research materials.
The participants of the readings noted the traditionally high level of organization of the discussion at the site of the State Museum of Political History of Russia.
The results of the conference will be published in the collection of scientific papers.
