Preparations reviewed for conducting mega Gram Sabhas at Kulgam on April 10th
Gram Sabhas to be convened to formulate GPDP 2023-24
KULGAM : In order to review arrangements and preparedness for organising mega gram sabhas across all panchayats, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today chaired a meeting of officers at mini-secretariat, here.
The meeting was informed that Mega Gram Sabhas for the formulation of GPDP will be conducted in Panchayats on 10th of April 2023 where the PRI members and people will participate to formulate the GPDP 2023-24.
All the officers were instructed by the Deputy Commissioner to mark their participation in these sabhas.
ACD was instructed to put in place elaborate arrangements to ensure smooth conduct of these gram sabhas.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Showkat Ahmad Rather; ACR, ACD, SE KPDCL, Executive Engineers of Jal Shakti, KPDCL and Irrigation, BDOs besides concerned officers of line departments.
