Profine India Inaugurated Koemmerling New Extrusion Facility
Mumbai: 10th October 2017, profine India, manufacturer of u-PVC window, door profiles under its brand Koemmerling inaugurated its new ultra modern state of the art extrusion facility. The new extrusion facility is an initiative towards the Make in India campaign and to further strengthen profine’s production and service capacity in India. This facility has been developed in 20,000 sq. mt. of area at Vadodara, Gujarat. Profine’s gradual expansion in India has already secured an investment of approximately Rs. 100 Crore till now. Eying a turnover of around Rs. 350 Crore by 2022, Profine India is geared up to invest another 100 crores in phases to boost its infrastructure, increasing its production capacity to 15000 MT.
In a span of four years, since profine’s first local production at Vadodara, it’s perpetual drive for all-round excellence, highly skillful and dedicated workforce and close associations with their channel partners has resulted in its growth and grand success. With the establishment of the new state of the art extrusion facility, profine India has successfully enhanced its existing production capacity to 6000 MT of uPVC profiles from 5 extrusion lines and 1 foiling line.

The new extrusion facility has a bigger production and ancillary area with advanced machines from Battenfeld, Germany and tools from Greiner, Austria to ensure the quality production of uPVC profiles. The new facility holds the capacity of installing up to 15 lines that can produce 15000 MT of uPVC profiles per annum which will increase the manufacturing capacity of profine India by 300% in years to come. Moreover, it provides a Foiling Line for Woodfinish lamination that comes presently in 3 shades i.e. Dark Oak, Mahogany and Walnut. Apart from these the new facility houses an exclusive showroom to showcase elegant door & window systems and a Profine Akademy – Technical Training Centre that provides skillful training to the workforce under international guidelines and standards along with large warehouse for storage of profiles.
