Rashi was previously the Executive Vice President at Qentelli leading Global delivery and Solution Engineering Teams and has been associated with the company since its inception. She has played a pivotal role in achieving the company’s business objectives, accelerating growth, and creating value for all the stakeholders.
Rashi is a seasoned Technology leader with over 20 years in IT and in leading global teams across Australia, India, and North America. Her experience gained by having played every role she manages today, enables Rashi to lead successful digital strategy for Fortune 1000 firms directly impacting the top and bottom line. Rashi is an inspiring leader and has mastered working with multi-cultural, cross-border and multi-dimensional teams. She leads from the front as much as she plays the mentor role and helps teams and other leaders evolve, adopt, and adapt to new ways of working; most importantly her current focus includes promoting innovation across all levels.
Rashi joined Qentelli in the year 2015 as the first employee. She has made a significant impact across many facets of the business, helping to shape strategy and execution, along with delivery of innovative solutions – that have since led to six patents pending – for Qentelli’s clients and partners. Her extensive experience in software delivery and IT, spanning cloud, mobile, AI, and ML applications helped in shaping the firm’s innovation agenda, using emerging technologies, helping teams deliver outstanding digital experiences for all client engagements, unlocking technology-powered sources of value for business, clients, and employees.
