Registration for ‘SURE Workshop’ Begins

Aligarh: The Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), will organise a 12 weeks SURE (Stimulating Urban Renewal through Entrepreneurship) Workshop in collaboration with Bauer College of Business, University of Houston (USA) from 12th February 2023.

“The workshop is aimed at providing an educational platform to facilitate a value-added partnership between students, industry experts, and entrepreneurs from under-resourced communities”, said Prof Asiya Chaudhary, (Department of Commerce), Convenor & Director of the workshop.

The last date of registration for the workshop is February 10, 2023.

Students or non-students who want to become entrepreneurs or go for a start-up can register for the workshop, which will conclude on 30th April 2023. Students can also join as consultants.

“Participants of the workshop will learn about accounting, finance, law, marketing, strategy and other related topics, which will help in launching or growing their small businesses” Prof Chaudhary added.
