“Resource-saving technologies, materials and structures”
The XII regional scientific-practical conference “Resource-saving technologies, materials and structures” was held online at the Institute of Forestry, Mining and Construction Sciences of Petrozavodsk State University.
A total of 84 participants are registered, including 21 teachers and 5 undergraduates of PetrSU, cadets of the Petrozavodsk Presidential Cadet School, representatives of other organizations of the Republic of Karelia.
The conference program included 31 reports, which considered engineering justifications and examples of the implementation of resource-saving technologies, materials and structures.
An introductory speech was made by Prof., Doctor of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Technology and Organization of Construction G.N. Kolesnikov. The guests of the conference – employees of the Petrozavodsk Presidential Cadet School A.V. Kantyshev and A.Yu. Borisov – prepared their performances together with the cadets.
Mateus Mendes Bomfim Marquez ( by Matheus Mendes is Bomfim Marques), 3rd year student of the Brazilian university (Federal University of Viçosa and University of Campinas, Brazil) made a presentation on “Northern Russian landscape and its unique» (The Russian North landscape and its uniqueness).
The conference was attended by masters of the direction “Restoration and adaptation for modern use of objects of wooden architecture” PetrSU with reports on the topic of resource conservation in restoration.
Interest was aroused by a whole group of reports prepared by students and teachers of the Construction direction on the rational planning of the urban environment.
Based on the materials of the reports, a collection of scientific articles is being prepared for indexing in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).
With the support of the leadership of the Institute and the Department of Scientific Research of PetrSU, the event coordinators M.I. Zaitseva, Yu.V. Nikonov and G.N. Kolesnikov are already planning to hold the next conference on this topic in 2022.
