SKKU: Professor Lee Jong-wuk of College of Computing and Informatics, received “Young Computer Researcher Award”

The Korean Institute of Information Scientists and Engineers (KIISE) selected and awarded “6th Young Computer Researcher Award’ to professor Lee Jong-wuk of College of Computing and Informatics of Sungkyunkwan University at KSC2021 held in Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province.



The “Young Computer Researcher Award” is an award jointly presented with IEEE-CS to researchers under the age of 40 who are recognized with the development of information science and have excellent R&D performance and development potential.



Professor Lee Jong-wuk was selected as the winner of the award for his outstanding academic achievements in the domain of data mining, database, and artificial intelligence. The KIISE which was established in currently has 39,000 general members, 156 special members, and 278 group members, and is the largest conference in Korea in the field of computers.
