Industrial Visit

Aligarh :  Students from B.Sc. VIth Semester, Industrial Chemistry, and B.Voc. IVth Semester, Polymer and Coating Technology, Community College, AMU, visited Konark Polytubes Pvt. Ltd., Gabhana, Aligarh.

They observed key polymer processing techniques: Injection Moulding; Creating pipe joints, Extrusion Moulding; manufacturing pipes of various dimensions and Rotational Moulding; Producing water tanks.

Additionally, they learned about plastic testing methods, enhancing their understanding of quality control in polymer production. The visit was guided by Dr. Mohd Shuaib Akhtar, Dr. Mohd. Azfar Shaida and Mr. Mohammad Tariq from the Industrial Chemistry Department, along with Dr. Rizwan Hussain and Dr. Syefa Bano from the Community College.

Dr. Shahab Ali Asghar Nami and Dr. Mohammad Zain Khan supported this educational excursion, reinforcing commitment to hands-on learning for students.
