TCS climbs to No1 position for customer satisfaction in Belgium and Luxembourg

Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organisation, has been named the number one for customer satisfaction in Belgium and Luxembourg (Belux) following Europe’s largest report into IT service providers.

Conducted by interviewing more than 200 business leaders of leading IT organisations in Belux (CIOs, CEOs, CFOs or their direct reports), the Whitelane study looks into their predictions on IT, outsourcing and digital transformation spending as well as their experiences with existing partners. With a satisfaction score of 80 percent, TCS in Belux has achieved the top spot for customer satisfaction.

The report, which was developed alongside the Vlerick Business School, also highlighted the continued shift towards digital transformation, with organisations seeking support to help them take advantage of opportunities in the digital economy. This includes assistance in enhancing their core company functions, ensuring they are fit for digital business models.

Over half (51 percent) of businesses in Belux plan to increase their outsourcing or digital partnerships in the coming years – more than any other country in Europe. Nearly two thirds (64 percent) say this is to help them focus on their core business, and 43 percent believe it will help them with greater access to resources.

Jipson Matthew, country head, TCS Belgium commented: “This year’s recognition as the leading firm for customer satisfaction in the Belux IT industry is a real honour. It’s only been possible as a result of the dedication and commitment of our outstanding teams which deliver best in class services for leading companies in our market. In a business environment that is rapidly changing as a result of widespread digital disruption, we not only provide certainty around core operations but also act as a trusted partner on the digital transformation journey. At TCS, our commitment to the customer is at the heart of our business, and is vital to our continued success and growth.”

Jef Loos, head of sourcing at Whitelane Research, added: “This year’s Whitelane Study provides the most in depth analysis of the IT outsourcing industry to date and highlights how executives are increasingly looking for ways to drive their business forward while providing the best service possible. TCS has been a standout digital partner to these companies, setting the pace for customer service in the IT sector for Belgium and Luxembourg.”
