TCS Ranked #1 in Customer Satisfaction by European Companies

Mumbai: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has been ranked number one for customer satisfaction across Europe in an independent survey of CxOs of top IT spending organizations by Whitelane Research.

Whitelane Research’s 2020/2021 IT Sourcing Study ranked 30 IT service providers based on responses from close to 1,700 CxOs and senior decision makers. It investigated over 4,050 unique IT sourcing relationships to assess service providers on nine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) along service delivery, relationship, commercial and transformation.

TCS was ranked number one in the poll for the eighth consecutive year, with an increased overall satisfaction score of 82 percent compared to the industry average of 72 percent. TCS demonstrated strong results across multiple dimensions:

By IT domain: #1 in all IT domains – application development, maintenance, and testing; data center, managed infrastructure, and hosting; and end-user services

By KPI: Topped the ranking in service delivery quality, cloud capability, contractual flexibility, and price level

By Annual Contract Value: #1 in customer satisfaction in both small and large contracts (annual value <€5 million and >€5 million respectively)

By Industry: #1 in financial services, energy and utilities, retail, and transportation & logistics
