Teachers should pay attention on personality development of students with teaching

 

Bhopal: School Education Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah has told the teachers that that special attention should be paid on personality development of children with studies. The School Education Minister said that instructions have been issued hold ‘Bal Sabha’ on regular basis in government schools for enhancing knowledge of children. He said that children get an opportunity to show their talents in ‘Bal Sabha’. The School Education Minister reached Vidya Vihar, a secondary school, in Professor Colony, Bhopal today in ‘Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh’ programme. On the occasion, School Education Minister Kunwar Shah announced the expansion of the school building for higher secondary classes.

The school education minister took stock of educational activities from the children. He told the children to take part in sports activities as well as in study. He asked departmental officials to repair school playground. He asked the teachers to make sitting arrangement of the children in classrooms on rotation basis.

Discussing about ‘Mil Banche Madhya Pradesh’ programme, the school education minister said that this innovative experiment has been done in Madhya Pradesh. More and more public participation is being encouraged for development of government schools through his programme. People of all sections have been visited schools to teach students in ‘Mil Banche’ programme. He said that state government has made concrete efforts for qualitative improvement in school education. Free text books, bicycles and uniforms are being given to children in government schools. The school education minister had lunch with children. He announced to give financial assistance of Rs 50,000 to family of student Neha Chakre.

Principal Secretary School Education, Smt Deepti Goud Mukherjee taught mathematics formula to students to give them practical knowledge of the subject. The children narrated stories in the programme.

Volunteer and child litterateur Mahesh Saxena, former head master Dr Gauri Shankar Sharma, former in-charge Principal Smt Feroz Yusuf and businessman Shri Shailendra Nigam narrated inspiring stories in ‘Mil Banche’ programme.
