The Opti-Soft company was included in the top 10 of 200 companies that offered real innovations for the timber industry

After long qualifying rounds, the Opti-soft Company became a finalist of the ForestTech Accelerator program.
The director of the Opti-Soft company Anton Shabaev and the commercial director Alexander Salivonik in Moscow presented the results of the Opti-Sawmill pilot project implemented at the Priangarsky LPK.

The Opti-Sawmill software system helps forestry companies increase their volume and value yields based on industry expertise and special mathematical algorithms, including artificial intelligence techniques. The results demonstrated by Opti-Sawmill were highly appreciated by both the business customer and the experts.
Implementation of Opti-Sawmill allows to increase the company’s marginal profit, increase production output, and reduce personnel time spent on routine operations. ().

On July 6, the ForestTech Accelerator program , launched in November 2020 at the initiative of Priangarsky LPK and with the support of GlobalVentureAlliance, ended in Moscow. The goal of the program was to find and implement advanced technologies in the process of timber harvesting and processing.
Of the 200 applications received in December 2020, 36 were selected, whose teams in January-February 2021 completed the online training program of the Preaccelerator.

Of these, 20 teams were selected to represent their pilot project at the qualifying day on March 5th.

And only 10 finalist teams took part in the Accelerator based on the selection results.

The accelerator lasted four months from March to June 2021, when the teams implemented their developments together with the business customer – Priangarsky LPK. The total amount of funding for manned projects exceeded 5 million rubles.
