The whole world is saying this is ‘India’s Moment’, says PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday emphasised that top analysts, thinkers, and economists of the world are all saying that this is India’s moment. Speaking at the India Today Conclave in New Delhi, Mr Modi stressed that in the 21st century, this period for India is unprecedented. He said India is tackling unprecedented circumstances and creating a global example. He said that today, India is the fastest growing economy and is the number one in smartphone data consumption and Global Fintech adaption rate. India is second largest mobile manufacturer and third-largest start-up ecosystem.

The Prime Minister said that in the last 75 days, India got the Green Budget, the Shivamogga airport, the longest river cruise, expressways, Vande Bharat express along with 20 percent ethanol blending. He pointed out that the list of achievements in just 75 days is a reflection of the India Moment. He reiterated that the magnificent developments in infrastructure, economy, and digital sectors made in the last 75 days show that it is indeed India’s moment. He noted that whether it is the International Solar Alliance or Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure, the world is acknowledging that India’s ideas and actions are for Global Good. He said this is the reason why the world acknowledges this as the India Moment.
