Training programme on ‘Use of ICT in Classrooms’ held at Shopian

 

SHOPIAN : The office of Chief Education Officer Shopian today organised an online training programme “Tools and Techniques to be adopted for effective use of ICT in Classrooms”, here.

The programme was inaugurated by the Chief Education Officer Shopian.

All the teachers attended the programme through virtual interactive mode.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Education Officer Shopian impressed on the use of computer aided learning and said we cannot survive in the age of technology without adopting and implementing it in our teaching routine.

On the occasion, Prof. Mohammad Iqbal Bhat imparted training among the teachers regarding the effective use of ICT in Classrooms.

During the training, the importance of various tools and techniques used in ICT based teaching – learning was highlighted. The teachers were exposed to various educational software tools that they can use to code and prepare their topics beautifully.

Main focus was laid on how to improve the learning comprehension of the students and how teachers can make their classes attractive and effective for their students.
