Ural Federal University: University Graduate Reached the All-Russian Managerial Contest Semifinals

Andrey Chernyshev, a graduate of Ural Federal University, reached the semi-final of the II All-Russian Competition “Leaders of the Construction Industry”. Participants have already passed through two qualifying rounds and the best will be chosen out of 11 thousand applicants.

Chernyshev graduated from the Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture of Ural Federal University, and also took a professional retraining course at the university. Now he is the Head of the Temporary Facilities Management Department of the Universiade-2023 Executive Directorate.

The competition is held by the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy with the support of specialized ministries and departments, as well as sectoral institutes, associations and unions. It is aimed at enabling promising managers to prove themselves and gain new knowledge, skills and practical experience.

It should be added that only 200 people reached the semi-finals and 30 people will get to the final. 45 regions of Russian Federation took part in the contest in 2022. The final, plenary session and awarding ceremony timed to the Builder Day will take place in Khanty-Mansiysk on August 11-14.
