Valedictory Session of FDP on Life Skills Management Organised at MNIT Jaipur Today

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Educational Management at National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh, organized a Faculty Development Programme on “Life Skills Management” from 17th April to 21st April 2023. The course aimed to equip participants with essential life skills and management techniques.
The course covered various topics such as communication skills, time management, stress management, decision-making, problem-solving, gender sensitivity, technical writing, and personality development. The sessions were conducted by experienced resource persons who used interactive and practical approaches to make the learning process engaging and effective.
Participants from various fields attended the course, including academicians and research scholars from government and private institutions. The feedback received from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge related to life skills management.

The valedictory session was held on 21st April 2023 and was presided over by Dr. P.K. Singla, Associate Professor, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh. The session included speeches by Dr. Dipti Sharma, Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, MNIT Jaipur, Dr. Preeti Bhatt, Course Coordinator, and Dr. Nidhi Bansal, Course Coordinator, who presented a report on the course and shared feedback from participants.

The Chief Guest, Dr. P.K Singla, congratulated the organizers and participants on the success of the course and emphasized the importance of life skills management in today’s world. The session concluded with feedback and interaction with the participants, who expressed their gratitude to the organizers for the valuable learning experience.

The Short Term Course on “Life Skills Management” organized by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Education Management, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chandigarh, was a great success and provided participants with essential life skills and management techniques to succeed in their personal and professional lives.
