We converted the conference to a five days event from a two days event by including wider participation of students in the DataQuezt and a faculty development program conducted by Dr. Carlos which evoked very good response from management faculties of various institutes in Mumbai. 28 research papers on big data and business analytics were presented which is also a record for this event“.
Teams from across colleges in Mumbai participated in DataQuezt, a 24 hour analytic based coding competition, where the team from NMIMS – ‘Data Solvers’ won the prize money of INR 30,000. Other events included research paper presentations by academicians and students, panel discussions on various aspects hitherto untouched so far, series of expert talk by national and international speakers and a job fair.
