“Shri Lalit Surjan’s demise a major loss to the world of journalism”

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Shri Lalit Surjan, renowned writer and Editor-in-Chief of Deshbandhu groups of newspapers. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that he had worked diligently for years by publishing important articles on social subjects. With the passing away of Shri Surjan, we have lost an important personality working in the field of journalism. This is a big loss to the world of journalism as well as Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Lalit ji played an important role in the development of journalism in undivided Madhya Pradesh. He provided interesting material available to readers through his newspaper editions from Jabalpur, Bhopal, Satna etc.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has prayed to God to grant peace to Late Shri Surjan’s soul and strength to his grieving family to bear this grief.
