AMU student gets admission in prestigious Saarland University

Aligarh : Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Computer Science student, Sana Athar has been offered a Master Program in Computer Sciences at the prestigious German public research university, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarland University in Saarbrücken, Germany.

“My teachers at AMU have mentored me to secure admission at Saarland University, which is ranked among the top European and world institutions by many renowned international ranking agencies. The university was also awarded a Cluster of Excellence and a Graduate School in Computer Science as part of the Excellence Initiative run by the German federal and state governments”, said Sana.

In the 2020-21 academic session at AMU, Sana was bestowed with two gold medals for securing the first position in the BSc (Computer Sciences) course and securing the highest marks among students of various graduation courses in the Faculty of Science.
