Brainstorming Workshop on E-Governance Standard and Guidelines

Aligarh: Prof Mohammad Sarosh Umar (Chairman Dept of Computer Engineering , ZHCET) represented AMU as an expert at a Workshop on “E-Governance Standards and Guidelines”, organised by CDAC and STQC (Standardisation Testing and Quality Certification) , which is Directorate attached office of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITy), Government of India, and it provides quality assurance services in the area of Electronics and IT through countrywide network of laboratories and centres.

The objective of the workshop was to formulate and review the standards, guidelines, frameworks supported by research and development, promotion, training and capacity building, conformity assessment, supporting tools and technologies for e-Governance and implementation of Digital India program.
