Aligarh Muslim University: Diploma in Engineering students receive job offers

Aligarh: Despite the pandemic and the subsequent economic slowdown, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) students are not experiencing any decline in the number of recruiters.

In a recent on-campus placement drive, 27 students pursuing Diploma in Engineering course in different streams have been hired by Windwest Telecoms, Banco India Pvt Ltd and ZFPN Constructions.

“The Training and Placement Cell of the University Polytechnic is working relentlessly for a smooth placement process despite the pandemic. Our students are receiving job offer letters across various sectors,” said Dr M Faisal Khan, Training and Placement Officer, University Polytechnic.

Congratulating the hired students, Prof Pervez Mustajab, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology and Prof Arshad Umar, Principal, University Polytechnic said that these job offers are a clear reflection of the academic quality of the University Polytechnic and its students. It is hoped that the momentum will be carried forward and students will obtain the best offers.
