Crescent Innovation and Incubation Council (CIIC) signs a Memorandum of Understanding with, UAE

Chennai  : Crescent Innovation and Incubation Council (CIIC), a Technology Business Incubator (TBI) based out of B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India signs a Memorandum of Understanding with, Dubai, UAE. is Dubai’s first private sector “Multi Sector Tech Business Incubator” certified by Dubai SME. This collaboration will establish a launchpad for CIIC startups in the UAE/GCC markets, providing infrastructure, industry and investor connect and vice versa.

Mr. M Parvez Alam CEO & Director CIIC and Ms. Zainub Director signed MoU in the presence of Thiru. Ramkumar Thangaraj (IFS) Consul (Education, Passports and Attestation) at the Indian Consulate of Dubai, UAE. Mr. John Francis, CEO of emphasized the importance of partnerships on international level, wide opportunities for startups and eventually how it will accelerate the international startup ecosystem. Mr. Alam expressed his interest as UAE being a global market ground due to the tremendous government initiatives for aspiring global ‘startup’reneurs. Around 5 startups from CIIC received the opportunity to pitch to virtually for market expansion into Middle East.
