GUS Global Services (GGS) India Recognized as India’s top 10 Workplaces for Women in 2021 by Great Places to Work

New Delhi: GUS Global Services India (GGS) India has been recognized by Great Place to Work® India among the Top 10 – India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2021 (Mid-size Companies Category). This is the fourth time this year that GGS India received accolades from GPTW including a ranking in India’s mid-sized companies. To be considered for this reputed award, an organization must be certified by GPTW and should have minimum 10% of women employee strength with parity in the experience for both male and female.

 

In India, the research conducted by Great Place to Work® has focused on the state of trust in workplaces, what drives employee experience, and its impact on the business outcomes. The research reveals that there is a clear and direct relationship between employee engagement and financial performance, and that best workplaces consistently outperform major stock indices in India.
