Inera, a bioabled farm input’s division of Absolute appoints Adarsh Mundhra as the Finance Head for its Indian operations. With this new leadership appointment, the company aims to strengthen its position in the bioabled farm inputs business in the country.
Adarsh as a seasoned financial professional with a proven track record of success, brings a wealth of industry experience and expertise to the organization.
At Inera, Adarsh will be responsible for controlling the division’s overall financial management including financial planning and analysis, risk assessment, reporting, and compliances. With his deep understanding of financial principles and strong industry knowledge, Adarsh is well-equipped to drive Inera’s financial performance and support strategic growth initiatives. He will also be responsible for ensuring strong financial and business controls.
Before joining Inera, Adarsh was leading the financial operations at Yara Fertilizers. Prior to Yara, Adarsh was with UT Worldwide India as Director of Finance and Commercial. He has also worked with Expeditors International India, Pepsico Holdings and Tata Steel in various financial leadership positions.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and certified ICWA professional, with over 23 years of experience. His core acumen includes strategic financial management & operations, business transformation and cost control initiatives. Adarsh brings with him vast industry experience in project financing, debt restructuring, working capital management requirements, and accounting functions viz. P&L, balance sheet, audits and developing policies and procedures in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
