Mumbai school currently FIRST in the city and SIXTH in India for NDTV – Behtar India Campaign
Mumbai: Currently leading in the Mumbai Zone, Billabong High International School, Santacruz has the sixth position in India for the NDTV – Behtar India Campaign.
Four students have been selected to go for Behtar India’s Students’ Conclave scheduled for August 4th, 2017 in New Delhi.
Vivaan Jogeshwar, Harneet Singh Gandhi, Asim Wahedna and Daanish Merchant – students of BHIS Santacruz – chosen for their outstanding performance during the campaign, will interact with Behtar India’s ambassador – Bollywood actor – Sushant Singh Rajput and prominent personalities from fields of Politics, Cinema, Art, Business etc.
“This is a great initiative by NDTV and we are extremely pleased with our students’ performance so far. As an organization, we ensure that our curriculums involve sensitizing our children towards Health, Hygiene and preservation plus nourishment of our Environment. It’s great to see them apply the same in real life!” said Ms. Lina Ashar, Founder of Kangaroo Kids and Billabong High International School.

NDTV Behtar India Campaign is a nation-wide movement revolving around the three arenas of Hygiene, Health and Environment. Schools from across the country take part in this to work towards a common goal – A Better India.
