Greater Noida : Leading higher education institute, Noida International University, held an orientation program for its fresh batch of students, with the commencement of the academic year 2022-23. The event received an overwhelming response as this year students from several other countries have taken admission in different courses offered by NIU. To make their college years enriching and productive, the students were given an engaging overview of the programs, activities, and workshops conducted at the university. NIU is also set to implement the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 from this month.

The program started with the auspicious Hawan ceremony to energize the spiritual and intellectual conscience of the students, followed by a lamp lighting ceremony by the dignitaries of NIU – Prof. (Dr.) Vikram Singh, Hon’ble Chancellor; Prof. (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor; Prof. (Dr.) Parsanjeet Kumar, Hon’ble Pro-Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Mukesh Parashar, Registrar. We have a very qualified and sincere faculty who will sharpen your skills and help in developing cognitive abilities to take on any challenge in life. You will be happy to know that the curriculum that is going to be implemented is based on National Education Policy 2020 which will help you shape your career. NEP 2020 is focusing more on connecting science with spirituality and our focus is the same.”

Motivating the students for their next important step in life, Ms. Michelle Nguyen said, “I am honored to be a part of this event amid a vibrant crowd of young and talented students from India as well as other countries. We would also like to invite NIU students to our International Winter Camp to be held in November at the scenic Danang city.
