PetrSU is a participant of an educational exhibition in Cherepovets

Employees of the Office of pre-university and career guidance took part in the V annual interregional exhibition of educational institutions “Fair of Education” in Cherepovets and the Cherepovets district of the Vologda region.
Representatives of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions took part in the exhibition for schoolchildren in grades 9-11. In total, the exhibition was attended by high school students from 43 educational organizations and schools of Cherepovets and the Cherepovets region.

PetrSU was represented at the exhibition by Yu.V. Semenova and the head of the department for organizing student admission M.N. Semenov.

Yu.V. Semenova noted:

The educational exhibition in Cherepovets this year became the first significant traveling career guidance event outside the Republic of Karelia. The very opportunity to communicate directly with our potential applicants and their parents is very valuable.

Representatives of PetrSU advised high school students on admission issues , communicated with parents and teachers.

Most of the eleventh graders were interested in the Medical Institute , the Institute of Foreign Languages , the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies and the Military Training Center of PetrSU, as well as hostels and scholarship programs .

The organizers of the exhibition thanked Petrozavodsk State University for cooperation and invited to participate in the next education fair.

Participation in the event was organized by the Office of Pre-University and Career Guidance within the framework of the Development Program of the flagship university and the plan of career guidance work of the university.
