PetrSU teachers appreciated the work of Pryazhinsky district schoolchildren

A municipal educational and research conference for schoolchildren “The Future of the Pryazhinsky District” was held in the Pryazhinsky District.
This year, the conference was held in absentia: schoolchildren presented texts of their work, presentations and video recordings with brief theses of their research and projects.

Pekina Anna Mikhailovna, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Culturology of the Institute of Industrial and Social Sciences of PetrSU, took part in the conference as a member of the jury. Together with the candidate of pedagogical sciences, specialist of the Ethnocultural Center of the Pryazhinsky District Tatyana Pavlovna Seppyanen, 9 design and research works were evaluated.

Students presented a variety of topics. These are research papers about members of her families (Angelina Aslan “My great-grandmother is my pride”, Maria Fedorova “The fate of a man in the history of the country”), design work on the creation of web communities and applications (Olga Momot “The Lessons of Courage Web Community Project , Serafim Kukushkin “Spiritual heritage of the Pryazha land (Orthodox churches, chapels, leaders of the Pryazha parish)”).

According to Anna Mikhailovna, of course, I wanted to watch and listen to the guys in person, because the assessment of the performance depends on this. It is gratifying that among the participants there are guys who have been participating in the conference for several years, study the selected topics in more detail.

Participation in the conference was held within the framework of the flagship university development program. Assistance in its organization was provided by the Interdistrict Resource Center in Petrozavodsk (director T.S.Ternovskaya).
