Results of the republican conference of schoolchildren “Pushkin readings”
The conference “Pushkin Readings” brings together the efforts of teachers to develop students’ research and project skills, helps to identify gifted children and to support the scientific creativity of modern schoolchildren.
The conference was traditionally organized by the Pushkin Secondary School No. 10 and the Scientific Library of Petrozavodsk State University.
The conference was attended by 74 young researchers of 9-11 grades from Petrozavodsk and the Republic of Karelia.
This year the conference was held remotely. Participants sent an application, text of work and presentation by e-mail to the organizers of the conference from 11 to 21 January 2021. The works were divided into the following sections: “Philology”, “Linguistics”, “History”, “Regional Studies”, “Natural Science”, “Physics”, “Sociology”, “Foreign Language”, “Metasubject”.
Researchers volunteered to take part in the special Best Performance category. To do this, they recorded a video of the speech and attached it to the rest of the documents.
The works of the participants were evaluated by 22 jury members from 6 educational institutions of Petrozavodsk and PetrSU. Among the expert group (jury) Evgeniya Sergeevna Kuykina, leading bibliographer of the rare book sector of the Scientific Library of PetrSU, associate professor of the Department of Classical Philology, Russian Literature and Journalism at the Institute of Philology, Voronina Polina Sergeevna, administrator of the PetrSU Humanitarian Innopark, Daria Dmitrievna Buchneva, 3rd year student at the Institute of Philology of PetrSU , Malyshko Anton Aleksandrovich, 1st year master student of the Institute of History, Political and Social Sciences of PetrSU.
The results of the conference are published on the school website and in the group in VK .
All conference participants will receive certificates, the winners – laureate diplomas (I, II, III degrees), and scientific advisers – letters of thanks.
