TED Junior conference at the Institute of Foreign Languages

The conference was attended by junior students of PetrSU and students of schools in Petrozavodsk and the Republic of Karelia.
The participants represented not only the Institute of Foreign Languages , the Institute of History, Political and Social Sciences , but also the schools of the city and the Republic of Karelia – MOU “Gymnasium No. 17 named after P.O.Korgan”, MOU “Derzhavinsky Lyceum”, MOU “Secondary School No. 8 them. N.G. Varlamov “, MOU” Shuiskaya secondary school №1 “.

All presentations were linked by one common theme – “Healthy lifestyle”. The topics of the speeches touched upon such aspects as the importance of sleep, gadgets and their impact on health, psychological health, a life without waste, Winston Churchill’s unhealthy lifestyle. Some myths about a healthy lifestyle have also been dispelled.
