Ural Federal University: University Discusses Best Inclusive Practices
Ural Federal University hosts an online forum “Best Inclusive Practices: Russia – Tajikistan”. During the event, specialists from these countries present the best inclusive practices in sports, tourism, and creativity. For two days, people with disabilities, teachers of universities, representatives of non-profit organizations share their experience in implementing inclusive projects.
The second day will be more practical, the forum participants will talk about the organization of inclusive sports activities, and hold small training sessions on communication with people with different nosologies.
“The forum will also feature an inclusive tour from Ekaterinburg and Dushanbe, with inclusions from centers with an advanced inclusive culture,” the organizers said.
The forum is held in preparation for the IV Scientific and Practical Conference “Extrability as a Phenomenon of Inclusive Culture” (Ekaterinburg, 2021), and as part of the project “Shaping an Inclusive Culture in the Digital Space” (supported by Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation) and the International Inclusive Expo (Ekaterinburg, 2023).
